Welcome! My name is Liz Uhlman, owner and founder of Puptown Girl Pet Care.

I've been providing professional pet care for over 3 years. I created Puptown Girl Pet Care originally in Philadelphia, PA in 2018 to pursue my dreams of working with animals, connect with my community, and help dogs and their humans. Since moving to Bend in 2020, I have rebuilt Puptown Girl here, and have greatly enjoyed becoming part of the Bend dog community. During the work week you can find me walking my regular pups, and in my free time I am hiking, camping or enjoying relaxing with my boyfriend and our Mini Aussie, Max.

I'm currently enrolled in Victoria Stilwell Academy to become a certified positive reinforcement dog trainer. I have experience with all kinds of dogs; old, young, big, small, excited, timid, reactive, and more. I have a relaxed, patient and loving heart, and I believe in science-based, humane ways of training and handling all animals.

I love being a part of the community as a neighbor helping other neighbors; helping pets and their owners. I love the connections and relationships I've built and maintained. This business has shown me a lot about myself and my relationship to the world around me. And I love, love, love spending my time with animals.

Meet dog walker, Katie! She has become an amazing addition to the Puptown Girl Team!
She lives in Bend with her husband, two dogs, two cats, and two kids. Katie is a foster parent with a heart for her community. She has experience training her own dogs, which have included two deaf dogs and one reactive senior dog. When she’s not walking dogs, she can be found playing board games with her family, reading the latest thriller novel, or running the beautiful Central Oregon trails.
